Hi, I'm Walter, Spanish, living between Zürich and Barcelona. Technology consulting at Merkle by day, writing about my travel adventures and favourite restaurants, selling and documenting vintage watches, and learning how to build AI agents that run parts of my own businesses. Four separate things since 2013, which have only recently started talking to each other.

My Story

I started writing online in 2013, at walterponce.com. Digital marketing, SEO, paid search. A portfolio disguised as a blog. It found me most of the work I have had since.

In 2018 it became waltermitas.com and turned outward: restaurants, hotels and cities, from the places I travelled to and the ones I ended up living in. Singapore, back to Barcelona, then Zürich.

Now the two are back together, with watches and AI agents added. I buy, sell and film vintage pieces, and 13 AI agents run the parts of my own businesses I would rather not.
